CENTRAL ISLIP CONCERT CHOIR PERFORMS AT THE WHITE HOUSE!

THE WHITE HOUSE

The Central Islip High School Concert Choir was chosen by The White House to be a part of the 2011 Holiday Celebrations held in the East Wing. The choir performed for two and a half hours in the East Wing of the White House. The celebration consisted of solo singers, brass ensembles, harp choirs, pianists, and of course choirs- chosen to be a part of the 20 days of celebrations. A total of 60 "acts" were chosen from the 50 states. An incredible honor for Central Islip. CONGRATULATIONS to the Concert Choir!!  Please enjoy some of the pictures taken during the choir's time in the "house of the people."
