The culinary arts academy offers degree programs in the culinary arts, pastry and bakery. This activity afforded students the opportunity to learn more about short term careers in the culinary arts field. Students enjoyed making delicious enchiladas and passion fruit ice cream as part of the hands onactivities. The trip was organized by Ms. Dafny Irizarry and the Multicultural Club. Transportation was provided by the Youth Enrichment Services (YES) Program and the Police Academy League (PAL).
